ACGI
The American Consultancy Group International was created in North America to help with international development. The not-for-profit business currently helps third world countries in the areas of: health, education, business, and the arts. The need for such a business was discussed shortly after the 1994 war in Rwanda that decimated the country and its education system. People from North America wanted to help, and both student and educational volunteers looked for an avenue that could be used to work in Rwanda and help the people of that central African country. After the incorporation of ACG, students and faculty members of American universities and native speakers of English have taken advantage of the opportunities offered by ACGI to help people in countries that are trying to develop.
The board of trustees is a volunteer board consisting of people from many different occupations and parts of America. Offices for ACGI are currently located in North Carolina Id#: 211929068.
